The initial view of Native Americans towards the Irish and Germans was the same because they were driven by almost similar forces to move into the US (Ayers et al. 266). One of the factors that necessitated the immigration was famine and crop failures. The Irish and Germans moved to America to escape hunger and exploit the agricultural potential in America. Another factor that prompted the immigration was the rising incidence of war and conflict across Europe. The immigrants saw America as a haven where they could hide from this conflict. Overpopulation in most parts of Europe also forced the Germans and Irish to immigrate to the United States. The two groups of immigrants also moved to the US in search of religious freedom.  [Click Essay Writer to order your essay]
